Job Summary
Bartender oversees the bar section and dining floor, pouring craft beer, wine and cocktails while creating a lively, hospitality-driven atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them through the experience, describing food and beverage features, overseeing bar maintenance, coordinating with bussers, operating the cash register, answering the phone, maintaining cleanliness, restocking, and following health and safety procedures. Requires strong teamwork, execution, and a customer-focused mindset, with 2+ years of full-service, high-volume bartending experience, and knowledge of beer, wine, and liquors. Must be 21+, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced, noisy environment. Certifications in Food Handlers and Bassett are listed as required.”,
