Job Summary

Lead the Management Team and oversee all aspects of casino floor operations, directing tasks to advance 7 CLANS CASINOS and optimize revenue while ensuring compliance with gaming laws and regulations. Evaluate departmental performance, resolve guest disputes and complaints, and enforce safety protocols for guests and staff. Manage team member conduct, appearance, and scheduling, while assisting with financial planning, capital expenditures, and reserve security. Monitor player tracking systems and statistical data to enhance player development. Work nights, weekends, and holidays, traveling locally or out-of-state as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Gaming experience of five (5) years or more, working with Native Tribes, and working with Federal and State agencies
  • Substantial expertise and qualified experience in casino business and hospitality management
  • Executive level management experience in the Indian Gaming industry
  • Knowledge of Tribe's Gaming Compact
  • Knowledge of Indian Gaming Regulatory Act
  • Knowledge of National Indian Gaming Commission
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making ability
  • Effective management skills in all areas of communication, organization, motivation, and problem solving
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • Knowledge of player tracking systems
  • Ability to analyze statistical data for developing and implementing programs to enhance player development and growth
  • Ability to understand financial statements and common financial measurement tools to achieve and monitor financial thresholds
  • Knowledge, skills, and experience in the hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of staff, communications, decision making, problem solving, complaint resolution and resources allocation
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
  • Ability to read professional publications, memos, emails, logs, newsletters, and documents
  • Ability to utilize MS Office products at basic (create new documents, open/edit existing documents) to intermediate (import/export data, create templates) skill level
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job duties and responsibilities
  • Ability to travel locally, regionally, or out-of-state as needed
  • Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to provide all documents required to show the incumbent is eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license to work in a casino from the Otoe Missouria Gaming Commission
  • Otoe Missouria Gaming License
