Para Transit Dispatcher - London, ON

Para Transit Dispatcher responsible for scheduling bookings and coordinating with drivers, communicating via radio with route drivers, ensuring on-time service, generating reports, handling phones and emails professionally, managing the Emergency Response Plan during serious incidents, and scheduling vehicle maintenance. Must have dispatch experience in transportation/service, strong time management and communication, be highly organized, physically capable of climbing stairs, and proficient with MS Office (Word & Excel). Location is London, Ontario, in-office only, with full-time rotating afternoon shifts (2:00 PM–1:00 AM). Also includes benefits and accommodations during recruitment.
