Job Summary
Support students during academic instruction, classroom routines, and transitions between activities while implementing behavior and communication supports. Assist with parent drop-off and pick-up routines, manage lunch, recess, and community activities, and prepare classroom materials to maintain an organized environment. Encourage student independence, social skills, and participation while collaborating with teachers, therapists, and leadership staff to create a warm, positive atmosphere. Work Monday through Friday in a consistent daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- Experience in education, ABA, childcare, ESE, therapy, camps, or related settings
- RBT certification
