Assist in supervision, care and instruction of students with special needs in regular, resource, or self-contained classrooms; implement instructional plans; monitor behavior; provide information to school personnel; perform classroom clerical tasks; collaborate with staff to support IEP goals; implement behavioral plans; assist students with personal care and activities; maintain instructional materials and data; monitor students across school environments; may assist in swimming pool for middle school students;需具备基本知识、技能与能力,具备安全实践与危机干预知识,具备与多元团体沟通、保密、设定优先级、团队协作等能力。
