Job Summary
Paraprofessional 2, ESE assists the teacher in implementing instructional programs, prepares and organizes instructional materials, provides supervision of students with disabilities, follows lesson plans, supports classroom management, conducts activities (reading aloud, small group lessons, art, music, cooking), and performs light custodial duties as directed by the teacher; works under the direction of the teacher and supervision of the principal, with emphasis on care, well-being, and supervision of students and collaboration with staff and parents.
