Job Summary
Assist the school staff in the care and management of enrolled students while they are in school under the direction of the teacher and supervision of the principal. Adhere to the daily schedule and assignments, preparing and organizing instructional materials as directed. Provide supervision for students with disabilities, implement classroom management systems, and support teachers in executing lesson plans, including small group activities and community-based instruction. Establish positive communication among students, staff, and parents, and assist with duties of Paraprofessional I. Participate in inservice training, parent involvement activities, and light custodial duties related to safety and hygiene.
