Paraprofessional 2, Exceptional Student Education (ESE) assists in implementing instructional programs and providing care, supervision, and support for students with disabilities under the direction of a teacher and principal. Responsibilities include following lesson plans, preparing instructional materials, supervising students, assisting with classroom management, using sign language or augmented communication as directed, participating in professional development and parent involvement activities, and performing related duties as assigned. Emphasizes dependable attendance, professional communication, and collaboration with staff to support district goals and ensure a safe, respectful learning environment.
