Paraprofessional 1, ESE, will assist school staff in the care and management of enrolled students in the Peeps classroom for 3- and 4-year-olds. Duties are performed under the direction of the teacher and supervised by the principal, and include assisting with daily schedules, transporting students on and off the bus, helping with personal care needs, positioning and transferring students, meal preparation, basic first aid and use of medical equipment (e.g., tube feeding, catheterizations) as trained, supporting communication needs with sign language or augmented communication systems, facilitating instructional activities (reading aloud, small group lessons, art, music, cooking), supervising behavior, coordinating with parents, and participating in professional development. Emphasis on safety, hygiene, classroom management, and collaboration with staff to support students with disabilities. Location: Riverview, Florida, USA; Hours: 7:05 a.m. to 2:35 p.m. (full-time role as suggested by posting).
