Job Summary
Execute complex Periodic Access Reviews in accordance with documented procedures, ensuring complete and accurate processing of the control. Support team leads by running PAR campaigns and train junior analysts while mentoring staff to develop leadership capabilities. Maintain up-to-date procedure and work instruction documentation by collaborating with subject matter experts across other spaces. Become a subject matter expert in specific PAR types to serve as the go-to resource for questions. Operate independently to drive decision-making toward compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT Compliance/ Audit, Access Review processing, or Identity Access Management
- 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel at an Intermediate or higher level
- The ability to think through the control with a risk mindset
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
Desired Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of experience in IT Compliance/ Audit, Access Review processing, or Identity Access Management
- CISA or CRISC certification
- Strong organizational skills
