Paper Treating Assistant

Job Summary
Assist with safe, efficient operations of paper treating and associated equipment while performing routine maintenance and cleaning on all machinery and workspaces. Understand and manipulate computer software related to the paper treating line, and identify conditions that may lead to substandard quality or downtime to initiate corrective action. Support machine operators and maintenance personnel in troubleshooting, repair, or preventive maintenance to support continuous production line operations. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and work with little or no direct supervision. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Demonstrated perfect or near perfect attendance record
- Ability to work with little or no direct supervision for extended periods of time
