Job Summary
Plan and schedule maintenance work for the paper machine/production equipment, coordinating with operations, maintenance, engineering, and safety staff; detail planning for each job in the backlog, develop schedules for maintenance field day activities, update bills of materials, maintain outage schedules during shutdowns, participate in scheduling meetings, and provide technical leadership as needed to improve equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or appropriate work experience
- Good communication skills, including verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think “outside the box”
- Functional use of Microsoft Office, Lotus, and maintenance systems
- Highly organized and uses efficient work methods
