Job Summary
Read order jackets to determine specifications for paper products. Set up die-cutting machines by loading dies, adjusting pressure and speed, and ensuring proper alignment. Operate equipment safely and efficiently to cut stock according to job specs while maintaining quality standards. Proactively identify and address potential quality issues. Perform minor maintenance tasks and complete end-of-task paperwork. Requires ability to stand for shift duration, lift up to 20 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally, and perform repetitive grasping and twisting motions. Shifts available 2:30pm-10:30pm or 10:30pm-6:30am. Sign-on bonus up to $2,000.00 for 2nd or 3rd shift.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals is required.
- Ability to stand for approximate duration of scheduled shift (minus paid breaks)

Desired Qualifications
