Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, with industrial machinery experience and the ability to lift heavy materials. Organizational skills and a good attendance record are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1+ years of experience in running industrial machinery
- Ability to make necessary machine adjustments when out of tolerance
- Ability to learn and run multiple machines with a high level of efficiency
- Basic machine knowledge
- Lift truck experience helpful
- Ability to move or lift 45 to 135 pounds
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Possess good organizational skills
- Good attendance record
- Basic math skills
