Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, and providing customer service via phone or in person. Act with urgency, work as part of a team by supporting other stations, and complete all closing duties such as cleaning. Process cash and credit card transactions using the FOCUS System while suggestively selling to increase check averages. Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas to protect company assets and comply with safety standards. Adhere to uniform, appearance, and operations standards defined in the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook. This franchise position offers part-time and full-time opportunities with training provided on all necessary skills.
