Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high-quality products and customer service are delivered while maintaining restaurant profitability. Manage operations by executing all company policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Adhere to guidelines for dough management, portioning, and product preparation, minimizing customer complaints and responding appropriately to needs. Provide immediate feedback to correct problems, maintain product quality, and ensure adequate shift coverage. Contribute to profit goals by accurately utilizing the FOCUS System, executing cash management duties, and managing inventory levels to minimize loss.
