Job Summary
The PAP Troubleshooting Specialist handles inbound patient calls regarding PAP therapy, troubleshoots PAP devices and supplies, schedules appointments with Respiratory Therapists, and ensures excellent customer service.Responsibilities include non-clinical PAP troubleshooting, data entry, scheduling, insurance verification, payment collection per MSC protocol, and meeting performance metrics. Requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork in a full-time hybrid role with in-office days on Tue–Thu at multiple Ohio locations (Oakwood Village/Cleveland/Hudson/Parma/Lewis Center) and remote work on other days. Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited high school.
