Prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care facilities according to menu plans and dietary requirements. Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance, manage inventory, and maintain a clean kitchen environment. Collaborate with the dietary team to assist in menu planning while guaranteeing timely meal service. This role requires a current Arizona Food Handlers Sanitation card, two years of institutional cooking experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
