Job Summary
Pantry Cook responsible for preparing simple, high-quality food quickly while maintaining safety, sanitation, and orderliness in the cafe/kitchen. Work with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth cafe operations and exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include preparing food with various equipment, fulfilling and taking customer orders, stocking and organizing kitchen items, assisting in training new hires, and performing light paperwork. Ideal candidates will maintain a positive demeanor, communicate effectively with staff, be self-motivated, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with downtime to complete tasks. Additional duties include keeping the cafe clean, understanding cafe F&B items, and adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines.
