Job Summary
Pantry Chef needed to prepare and plate cold items (Salads, Raw Bar, chilled appetizers, garnishes, and desserts) in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen. Role requires reading recipes and following instructions, strong plating/presentation, passion for quality ingredients, organization, and adherence to sanitation standards. Candidate should thrive under high pressure, communicate effectively with the team, and be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience as a cook in a restaurant environment
- Ability to read recipes and follow instructions
- Keen eye for plating and presentation
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation
- Ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift 50lbs
