Job Summary
Panel Wireman in Fontana, CA (2nd Shift) responsible for installing electrical components and wiring for relay and control panel projects. Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and work orders to determine material requirements; assemble electrical systems and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or conduit using rivets, bolts, soldering, or micro-welding equipment. Run wire and cable according to schematics; adjust, repair, or replace components to meet specifications. Drill or tap holes to mount control units or provide openings for wiring; inspect wiring installations and test for resistance and operation; mark and tag components for inventory tracking. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience; strong attention to detail; knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and safety; ability to read and follow blueprints; basic math; familiarity with common tools; ability to differentiate wires; and compliance with PPE requirements. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience in assembly or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
