Job Summary
Lead the Panel Service and Field Technician teams to deliver the new Television Audience Measurement service in Ireland, ensuring alignment with I&D goals and Service Level Agreements. Monitor individual and team productivity, manage recruitment and training for new starters, and provide regular feedback on work status and quality. Supervise daily operations to maintain ISO 9001 process standards, collaborate with the QC team for panel maintenance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness. Work with stakeholders to request metrics and ensure GDPR compliance across all data activities.
Required Qualifications
- Legal right to live and work permanently in Ireland without requiring VISA sponsorship
- Full-time permanent employment status
- Hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 2 days in the office
- Leadership and team management experience
- Ability to lead an exceptional team in a fair and open manner
- Responsibility for alignment with I&D goals
- Ability to ensure responsibilities for routine activities are clear and expectations are communicated
- Experience participating in meetings with other contractors and team members
- Ability to support team members to achieve personal and team objectives
- Experience working within frameworks to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ability to monitor individual and team productivity and recommend ways to improve effectiveness
- Ability to respond to requests from key stakeholders for metrics
- Experience collaborating with Quality Control (QC) teams
- Ability to supervise the efficiency of individuals and teams
- Experience recommending changes to improve effectiveness
- Ability to ensure key/critical processes are fully documented and maintained in line with ISO 9001
- Experience exploring opportunities to innovate and develop new processes
- Ability to work with Continuous Improvement Agents and colleagues to ensure a CI mindset remains central
- Ability to take appropriate measures to ensure changes in requirements are clearly communicated and monitored for adherence
- Experience supervising and supporting Panel Service and Field Technician teams
- Ability to provide regular feedback to teams on status and quality of work
- Experience taking an active role in the recruitment of new starters
- Ability to provide training for new starters and handle them through their probation period
- Ability to ensure team members are aware of GDPR and other data policies
- Experience conducting refresher sessions on data policies
