Job Summary
Lead expert oversight of escalated medical education content for an AI-powered learning platform. Conduct advanced review of escalated content, apply comprehensive medical knowledge across basic science topics, assess content alignment with USMLE/COMLEX examination standards, and provide authoritative guidance on complex or disputed content evaluations. Ensure educational content maintains high standards of accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness. Complete asynchronous reviews within 5 days to 2 weeks depending on workload. Time commitment ranges from 3 to 18 hours per week during active review periods, with availability for quarterly review cycles and potential ad-hoc assessments. Project spans November 2025 – December 2026 with potential extension; start date for first evaluation round is November 5, 2025. Work arrangement is remote (US time zones) under a contract structure with a third-party contracting agency.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Minimum 5 years of documented experience in medical education with current active engagement teaching or tutoring medical students
- Comprehensive expertise across the full spectrum of topics covered in medical school curriculum and USMLE/COMLEX examinations
