Job Summary
Conduct phone surveys and collect data from panelists, respondents, and customers across the US using basic call types and dialers. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality of information and troubleshooting basic technical issues. Meet performance and quality standards for scheduling support, data collection, action reminders, and inbound services. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential. This role follows a hybrid model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
Required Qualifications
