Job Summary

Panel Program Specialist responsible for driving Kele’s panel processes by maintaining open communication with customers and internal stakeholders, streamlining operating procedures to improve efficiency, assisting in costing for panel programs, ensuring timely order processing, aiding in material selection, and clarifying customer requirements. Role involves interacting with Panel Shop, Panel Engineering, and sales to align production with customer needs, collecting and presenting data related to panel sales and production, resolving inquiries, coordinating internal communications, reviewing drawings and bills of material for compliance with requirements (including UL standards), supporting sales efforts, developing implementation strategies for customer panels, and pursuing ongoing product and industry knowledge through training. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Two to four years of undergraduate work, associate degree, or applicable certification
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to learn and use company software.
