Job Summary

Panel Assembly Technician on 2nd shift responsible for reading spec sheets to identify parts, assembling and insulating panels, installing windows and hardware, labeling panels for tracking, operating forklifts and other tools, completing production logs and deviation reports, and collaborating with the team to maintain workflow while following safety protocols. Requires basic math, ability to read instructions, and a forklift license within 3 months; work in a manufacturing environment with hands-on insulation and assembly of panels, doors, walls, and drain pans.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Forklift license required (can be obtained within 3 months of hire)
  • Reading and interpreting specification sheets
  • Ability to read basic instructions and perform math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs
