Job Summary
Lead Panel Wireman role in Fontana, CA within Crown Technical Systems (Flex) requiring leadership of a manufacturing team, oversight of wiring and assembly of panel-based projects, coordination with supervisors and other departments, mentorship and training of new team members, tracking of time and materials, and ensuring projects meet production deadlines. The position emphasizes team leadership, project coordination, adherence to safety and quality standards, interpreting blueprints/engineering diagrams, and hands-on wiring of panels, sub-assemblies, and related assemblies. Strong emphasis on planning, delegation, problem-solving, and maintaining organized work orders and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing, electrical wiring, or related field
- Experience leading a team of employees
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reading comprehension of blueprints and engineering diagrams
- Basic math skills and familiarity with industrial tools (e.g., tape measure, impact drill)
