Job Summary
Accurately measure, drill, punch, and cut metal enclosures while reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD assembly drawings to wire components per specifications. Install parts, crimp connections, and route wiring with attention to detail, then produce assemblies, apply labels, and package peripherals. Use hand and power tools including drills, electric screwdrivers, crimping tools, and jigsaws while standing for an 8-10 hour shift. Maintain an organized work area for safety, use the computer ERP system for transactions, and assist with stock accuracy verification through cycle counts. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor while adhering to quality and production standards in a fast-paced environment. Requires occasional lifting of 25-50 pounds and heavy hand tools daily.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds
- Must be able to work quickly while adhering to quality and production standards in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be able to learn quickly
- Must be able to use power tools and hand tools including: drills, electric screwdrivers, crimping tools, & jigsaws, etc
- Must be able to work standing for long periods of time during an 8-hour shift
- Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD assembly drawings
- Must be able to accurately measure, drill, punch and cut metal enclosures

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to work Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm with 1⁄2 hour lunch and two 10 minute breaks
- Must be able to work overtime, including Saturdays, as required to meet business demands
