Prepare bakery products for store customers by mixing measured ingredients in a mixer, placing dough into molds, adjusting oven temperatures, and baking goods until ready. Inspect finished items for quality, identifying damaged or expired products, and maintain a clean, safe working environment. Operate heavy machinery including mixers and other bakery equipment while lifting heavy bags and bowls of ingredients. Perform equipment safety checks before and after each shift, wearing slip-resistant shoes as required. This position requires a state-approved food handler certification prior to employment.
