Lead a team of 20–30 employees in manufacturing and assembling electronic devices from prototypes to mass production. Manage daily operations by planning and reallocating resources according to the production schedule, ensuring quality control for all output. Implement Lean system initiatives to drive efficiency and execute shift objectives while analyzing results and reporting progress. Delegate responsibilities, evaluate staff performance, and maintain a positive team environment. Work two shifts (6:30–15:00 and 15:00–23:30) for five days a week. Requires at least one year of supervisory experience and higher education in electronics or related fields. English proficiency at B1–B2 level. Competitive hourly rate from 15 to 20 EUR, plus health insurance, team events, and performance bonuses.
