Job Summary
Execute the AI strategy for Player Account Management by capturing organizational needs, setting KPIs, and tracking adoption metrics. Own the AI tool offering and catalogue of approved resources, running trials to distinguish hype from realizable value while collaborating with Group Security on risk balancing. Build and enable a network of technical experts and AI ambassadors through Geek Sessions and training initiatives to foster an AI-first culture. Act as the primary point of contact for AI inquiries across PAM and other Tech departments, driving joint evaluations and cross-functional collaboration. Maintain market awareness on AI developments and ensure best practices are widely shared to support continuous improvement.
