Palmetto Grande 16 - Floor Staff - $16.50 Hour

Team members perform Floor Staff duties across Box Office, Concession Stand, or Usher roles at the Regal theatre, with primary responsibility for providing exceptional guest service, operating the POS system, handling cash and cards, and promoting programs like the Regal Crown Club. Responsibilities include upselling Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX), ensuring MPAA rating compliance, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. Roles require attending to guests, answering inquiries, and supporting opening/closing duties; alcohol-serving duties require relevant certification. Cast certification as a cast member and as box office cashier is required or in progress, and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training may be required where applicable. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, and ability to perform under schedule requirements. Training materials cover harassment and discrimination; strong customer communication and math abilities are valued.
