Job Summary
Monitor team deployment, conduct shift walk-throughs to open, transition, and close the restaurant, and engage with guests to ensure service standards. Perform food preparation, clearing tables, and serving drinks when necessary while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health regulations. Complete shift administration and banking tasks, resolve customer concerns, and train new team members. Ensure all staff follow break and meal schedules. Work varying shifts including weekends and holidays in a high-pressure environment.

- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
