Job Summary
Palm Beach Tan Tanning Consultant responsible for meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements, maintaining a clean and organized salon, cash handling, opening/closing duties, and daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and must be at least 18 years old; ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds; reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends. Compensation includes commission opportunities with an average of $12-$15 per hour (top performers earn more), plus benefits for full-time employees (medical/dental, 401K), as well as growth and career opportunities, training, and discounts on products.
