Job Summary
Palm Beach Tan Manager in Training responsible for meeting sales goals, hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants, ongoing team training, customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products, and ensuring policy compliance. Duties include maintaining a clean and organized salon, cash handling, opening/closing, daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, leadership/management experience, 18+ years old, ability to stand and lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights/weekends.
