The Palm Beach Tan Beauty Manager is responsible for meeting sales goals, hiring and training a team of Beauty Consultants, conducting customer consultations on skin care, tanning, and beauty products, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining salon organization, cash handling, and completing daily administrative tasks. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, leadership experience, and the ability to handle physical demands of the job. The position offers a base pay plus commission, flexible scheduling, and various benefits including medical, dental, and 401K opportunities.
Required Qualifications

- Leadership/Management experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
