Job Summary
Manage a Palm Beach Tan salon by meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, hiring and training a team of Beauty Consultants, providing ongoing team and customer-service training, and conducting customer consultations on skin care, tanning, and beauty products. Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a clean and organized salon, handle cash, complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and leadership/management experience; must be at least 18, able to stand/walk for long periods, able to lift 25 pounds, and have reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.
