Job Summary
Beauty Manager responsible for meeting sales goals, hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants, ongoing team training, customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products, ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met, maintaining a clean and organized salon, cash handling, opening/closing, daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Leadership/Management experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
