Beauty consultant responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and compliance with company and legal requirements, maintaining a clean and organized salon, handling cash, opening/closing the business, and completing daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking; program includes commission opportunities and entry-level sales and leadership training, with a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere and opportunities for growth and development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
