Job Summary
Palm Beach Tan Beauty Consultant – Night Time position in Baton Rouge, LA. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on tanning rules and company requirements, maintaining a clean and organized salon, cash handling and opening/closing the business, and daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, ability to stand for 7 hours, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Training on sales and leadership is provided, with opportunities for growth and benefits such as discounts, 401K, and a complimentary Diamond tanning membership.
Required Qualifications
