Job Summary
Assist in meeting sales goals and drive performance at the Palm Beach Tan salon. Responsibilities include consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; educating customers on tanning rules and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements; maintaining a clean and organized salon; cash handling and opening/closing the business; daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking. Training is provided in customer service, sales, and leadership skills; opportunities for growth and career advancement. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, ability to stand for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, and reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends. A background check may be required.
