Job Summary
Digital Health Specialist - Hybrid role combining in-clinic physical therapy with remote telehealth services. Deliver telehealth evaluations, treatment plans, and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM); serve as liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers; participate in development of the digital health program; support operations to deliver digital services and meet patient care needs; manage documentation and outcomes using digital platforms; contribute to program development and marketing efforts to grow remote services at CORA.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (or in process)
- Must be licensed in any compact state; willing to obtain licensure in other states
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred!
