Palliative Registered Nurse: South Hills

Palliative Registered Nurse role providing high-quality home health palliative care. Responsibilities include symptom management, developing and implementing care plans, medication management, care coordination across healthcare professionals, and educating patients and families about illness progression and treatment options. Requires excellent communication, compassion, empathy, and the ability to work autonomously with flexible scheduling. Prior hospice/palliative experience preferred.
