Job Summary
Conduct compassionate palliative care and symptom management for critically ill and dying individuals in their homes, including medication administration, pain relief, and monitoring of health status. Perform individual basic and treatment nursing according to medical orders while coordinating with physicians, therapists, and hospice services. Document care accurately, participate in case discussions, and provide support and guidance to family members during this life phase. Maintain on-call readiness for palliative crises. Work within a small, dedicated team at Ambulanter Pflegedienst Lichtblicke GmbH in Dortmund.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder Altenpfleger/in
- Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege, im Krankenhaus oder in einem vergleichbaren pflegerischen Bereich
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Fort- und Weiterbildung
