Palliative Care Physician

Palliative Care Physician needed to join KP GA team responsible for outpatient and inpatient palliative care across multiple facilities, with outpatient visits (in office and virtual) and inpatient work at Emory St. Joseph's and Emory Decatur Hospitals. Collaborates with nurses, chaplains, social workers, clinical pharmacy, PCPs and specialists; provides assessments, care planning, counseling on advance directives and end-of-life issues; participates in team meetings, community education, and continuing medical education. Minimum 1-year post-residency in palliative care or related outpatient/inpatient experience; travel to various locations; strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration required.
