Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for developing and maintaining positive account relationships by serving as an in-office contact to meet customer expectations and support production scheduling and order fulfillment. Works with customers and in-house production and transportation teams to coordinate order fulfillment, communicates pricing as required, inspects product quality and monitors inventory, conducts price comparisons, and assists in resolving accounts receivable issues. Requires prior customer service experience (minimum 1 year), proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and an associate's degree preferred. The role emphasizes in-office interaction, coordination with multiple internal teams, and a focus on reporting and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications
