Job Summary
As a Palletizer Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating palletizer machinery to ensure effective production workflow. Key responsibilities include operating palletizing equipment daily, maintaining product quality, reporting technical issues, assisting with production control, and conducting internal audits. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A degree in engineering or technical fields and experience in manufacturing are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Set up and operate a palletizer machine
- Ensure smooth operations of production machinery
- Operate palletizing equipment daily to sort and stack finished products
- Observe and keep records of quality issues
- Assist with the control of production and quality specification
- Perform internal audits as required
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering or Technical Degree preferred
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and organization
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to function both independently and as part of a team
- Must be flexible and excited to grow with the organization
