Job Summary
Operate production lines, perform change-overs, and maintain high-quality output across Packaging, Blending, and Logistics departments. Troubleshoot high-speed making and packing equipment while executing preventative maintenance and using hand and power tools. Confront business-related problems to continuously improve equipment and processes, strictly adhering to safety protocols and good manufacturing practices. Work overtime as part of the 12-hour night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am). Prefer at least one year of manufacturing experience; applicants must be 18 or older with a high school diploma.
