Palletizer (Roll 3rd Shift) HG

Prepare finished bakery products for distribution by removing cases from slide conveyors, stacking them onto pallets, and securing loads with shrink wrap. Enter cases into inventory by printing and affixing Handling Unit labels, verifying carton weights, and checking barcodes and lot numbers against process orders. Monitor transfer conveyors for jams, remove damaged cases, and ensure proper tape sealing on all flaps. Sweep and wipe equipment to maintain sanitation and GMP compliance, while reporting unsafe conditions, quality discrepancies, and equipment problems to the foreman. Direct packaging helpers and train new employees as needed. Requires forklift certification, ability to work overtime or weekends, and physical readiness to perform tasks independently.
