Palletizer Operator (Label Stacker) - Day Shift

Operate palletizing machines to produce stacked, stretch-wrapped pallets ready for warehouse storage while troubleshooting malfunctions in shuttles, wrappers, and photo eyes to maintain line efficiency. Verify code dates, optimize stack patterns to minimize over-hang and eliminate gaps, and coordinate material handling with forklift drivers to prevent line stoppages. Assist the manifestor in the LP process, ensuring G-Code and quantity accuracy, and comply with QA standards and Simmons operating systems principles. Participate in team meetings and implement best practices to foster cohesiveness. Requires experience running large machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
